As I have said before, typeset math is a beauty. Someone took me up on it.
And you can buy equations too. But better to save your money and install LaTeX. Then you can do it yourself.

For some reason (still unknown to me), my flash player (i.e., the flash player formerly known as Macromedia) stopped playing sound about a week ago. My ifilm fell silent. Youtube and google video, both impotent.
Online help was typically helpless. Yes, I have the volume turned up. Yes, I have upgraded since Netscape 2.0. Two emails to tech support revealed the source of my problems. An obscure setting in the Audio MIDI controller (bet you didn’t even know that OS X had one of those).
Now why wouldn’t they put this little nugget of information online? Beyond me.
